Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Quality Technician to support inspection, troubleshooting, and rework of electrical components and assemblies. The ideal candidate has hands-on technical aptitude working with circuit boards, radio components, wiring, chips, and similar electronic parts. This role plays a key part in ensuring adherence to quality standards and supporting project timelines.


Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and evaluate electronic components, assemblies, and parts for defects, performance, and compliance with specifications.
  • Troubleshoot electrical components including circuit boards, wiring, chips, and radio-related parts.
  • Perform basic rework, repair, and soldering on electrical components as needed.
  • Interpret basic schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to support inspection and troubleshooting activities.
  • Accurately document findings, defects, and inspection results.
  • Update project timelines and communicate potential delays or issues impacting deliverables.
  • Utilize internal systems such as Zoho CRM and Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, and workflow documentation (experience preferred but not required).
  • Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to resolve issues and maintain high product standards.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a Quality Technician role or similar position involving troubleshooting of electrical components.
  • Demonstrated technical aptitude and hands-on experience with electronic parts such as circuit boards, wiring, chips, and radio components.
  • Ability to perform basic soldering and rework tasks.
  • Ability to interpret schematics, diagrams, and assembly drawings.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation skills.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using Zoho CRM and Google Sheets.
  • Knowledge of quality standards and inspection methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing inspections.
  • Ability to handle small components and tools.
  • Work is performed in a production or lab environment involving electronics.
